✔️ Silicone veiners are petal or leaf texture tools designed to create impressions on both sides of the material at the same time.

✔️ To use a veiner, simply place your working material between the two silicone parts and gently squeeze them together to transfer the texture.

✔️ Plastic cutters are used to cut the petal or leaf shape from the material before texturing.

✔️ Veiners are ideal for multi-modeling materials, such as:

• polymer clay

• pottery clay

• air-dry clay

• cold porcelain

• and similar media

⚠️ Unlike molds, veiners are not used for casting.

The material is pressed between two silicone parts, therefore the choice of silicone hardness depends on personal preference and the type of material you work with.

ℹ️ Based on our experience:

• Firmer silicone makes it easier to press and evenly compress dense materials such as oven-bake polymer clay.

• Very soft and fragile materials (e.g. cold porcelain) may tear if very hard silicone is used — softer silicone is usually a better choice.

We use high-quality Italian non-toxic platinum-cure silicone for all our molds and veiners.

ℹ️ Temperature resistance:

• Minimum: −40 °C (−104 °F)

• Maximum: +200 °C (392 °F)

ℹ️ Available silicone hardness options

(The lower the Shore A number, the softer the silicone):

✔️Blue silicone — 22 ShA

✔️Transparent silicone — 10 ShA or 24 ShA

✔️Orange silicone — 10 ShA

✔️Red (terracotta) silicone — 32 ShA

✔️Yellow silicone — 35 ShA

ℹ️ Removing the material

The material can be removed by gently opening or slightly bending the silicone parts.

All cutters are 3D-printed from PLA plastic.

Cutter color may vary depending on material availability and does not affect quality or functionality.
